  We called ahead to locate a freezer that was in stock. The man on the phone was helpful, and verified there were plenty of them in stock. We live about 45 minutes away, and assumed one would be ready for pick up when we got there. This had not been done. We found an associate walking through the appliance area. He was from the electrical department, but went to pull the freezer from the back. A moment after he had left a girl arrived whom was working in appliances. She left to help get the freezer. After waiting for close to a half hour, she came back with the freezer, and I noted the box was damaged. She continued to the front of the store, and stated we were check it closer up front. After walking back to the front of the store, found marks on the item, and suspected that it had been dropped. We asked for another unit, and she went to get another. This took close to another half hour for her to return. Needless to say a couple hour trip to the store for a quick purchase took closer to four hours. Very disappointed with the customer service we received.
